Warranty Information

The limited 30 day warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover any other damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather extremes, or damage caused by ski rope wrapping or similar situations.  Replacements under manufacturing warranty are shipped within the USA at no cost.  International shipments will be covered up to $20, any additional shipping cost to be covered by the buyer. 

Order Cancelations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, and a refund will be issued minus 5% to cover transaction fees charged to us by our payment processor.

Return Policy

My Ski View will accept returns of unused products in the original packaging and in new condition.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

My Ski View will apply a 20% restocking fee to all returns. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

My Ski View recommends using UPS or FedEx for any returns and buyer is responsible for any returned items until My Ski View receives them. Please provide My Ski View with tracking information for any returns.

Any return requests should be made to john@myskiview.com with in 30 days of receipt.
